Staycell ONE STEP® Systems are the natural choice for insulating buildings where the combination of fire safety, efficient insulation, seamless application and cost-effectiveness is required. Our systems provide high R-value per inch that expands into cracks and crevices to create an air-tight seal, beating traditional fiberglass, cellulose, and other loose-fill products.
Both systems consist of high-performance, closed-cell SPF. System selection depends upon required R-value/SPF thickness, permeability and degree of installation difficulty (ex. high in the air, tight/inaccessible cavities, etc.).

Staycell ONE STEP® 502 HFO is a two-part, intumescent, closed-cell, spray polyurethane foam insulation used to insulate roof decks, ceilings, walls, siding, structural steel or tanks and provides an integral air barrier/insulation/vapor retarder for building envelope assemblies.
High performance, closed-cell SPF. Qualified Alternative Thermal Barrier Assembly. No thermal barrier coating required when used in assembly specific applications.
The HYBRID System consists of two separate layers of closed-cell foam: Staycell® 504 spray polyurethane foam as the base layer covered with the Staycell ONE STEP® 502 intumescent spray polyurethane foam as the exposed surface layer. It is used to insulate building components such as roof decks, ceilings, walls, siding, structural steel or tanks to provide an integral air barrier/insulation/vapor retarder for building envelope assemblies.
High performance, closed-cell SPF. Qualified Alternative Thermal Barrier Assembly. No thermal barrier coating required when used in assembly specific applications.
Staycell® 504 HFO is a two-part, closed-cell, spray polyurethane foam insulation material having Class 1/Class A flame spread and smoke developed ratings and is used to insulate structural steel, ceilings, roof decks, walls or tanks and provides an integral air barrier/insulation/vapor retarder for building envelope assemblies.
High-yield closed-cell SPF. Used as the base layer for the Staycell® HYBRID System and for the commercial & residential applications when covered with 1/2″ gypsum board.
